Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within three (3) days of the purchase date.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact, along with the original sale receipt. Returns without a valid sale receipt will not be accepted.

Return Process

To start a return, please email our customer support team at info@bombaychocnnuts.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with your original sale receipt, and send it to:

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Exchanges Only — No Cash Refund

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange only, subject to product availability.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange within seven (7) business days, and you'll receive an email confirmation once completed.

Exceptions

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
